Who we are

This website is run by The Ultimate Whey, Ultimate Fitness Gym, Singh Tower opposite Spring Dale School, Fategarh Churian Road, Amritsar, Punjab ("we", "us"). We decide how your personal data is used when you shop with us.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address, and delivery and billing addresses.
• Your GSTIN, if you ask for a business invoice.
• Your orders, returns and messages to us.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site, such as your IP address and browser type.

We do not see or store your full card or bank details. We take payment by cash on delivery only at the moment.

Cookies and analytics

We use the cookies the site needs to work: one for your cart and one to keep you signed in.

Only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, and what is added to carts and bought. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. It never receives your name, phone number, email address, delivery address or the links to your orders. Your choice is kept in your browser for 12 months; you can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use your data

• To take, pack, deliver and support your orders.
• To issue GST invoices and keep the records tax law requires.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the site.
• To send order updates. We send offers only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
• To send you one reminder about items left in your cart, only if you ticked that box at checkout.

Who we share it with

We share only what each partner needs: courier companies (to deliver), our payment gateway (to take payment), the services we use to send order updates, and Google (site analytics, only if you accept it). We share data with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Other data we keep only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of your personal data, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent you gave, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with us.

To use these rights, contact our grievance officer, TODO_FACT: grievance officer name, at TODO_FACT: grievance officer email. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18 or collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
