This website is run by The Ultimate Whey, Ultimate Fitness Gym, Singh Tower opposite Spring Dale School, Fategarh Churian Road, Amritsar, Punjab. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy policy, shipping policy and returns and refunds policy.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.

Product information

We show information as printed on the product label and from the brand. Supplements are not medicines. Talk to a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medicines. Follow the directions and warnings on the label.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. An order is confirmed when we send you the order confirmation.

Payment

We do not take online payments at the moment. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹500, with a fee of ₹50.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Brands and content

Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Text, photos and design on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. Do not copy them without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at TODO_FACT: jurisdiction city have jurisdiction. For complaints, see grievance redressal.
