Where we ship from

We pack and dispatch every order ourselves from our store in Amritsar: Singh Tower, near Spring Dale School, Chand Avenue, Nangli, Amritsar, Punjab 143008.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within TODO_FACT: dispatch time of confirmation. Most orders reach you within TODO_FACT: delivery time. You can check delivery to your pincode at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you receive the courier name and the tracking number.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs TODO_FACT: shipping fee per order. Orders of TODO_FACT: free-shipping threshold or more ship free.

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹500, with a fee of ₹50.

The stock we send

Every product page shows the batch number and expiry date of the stock we are shipping now. We check the expiry of every batch before dispatch and do not send stock that is close to its expiry date.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or the seal is broken, please record a video while you open it and contact us within TODO_FACT: time to report damage of delivery. We will replace the product or refund you, as described in our returns and refunds policy.
